• Virtual Try-On interface, overlay rendering code, and associated JavaScript modules.
• Blog articles, original written content, and editorial copy produced by Trevia's team.
• Custom 3D overlay models created by or for Trevia Shopping (distinct from brand product images).

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works from any of the above is strictly prohibited.

All product images displayed on Trevia Shopping are sourced from affiliate partner product feeds or brand-provided assets and remain the intellectual property of the respective brands or their photographers.

• Images are displayed for product discovery and digital try-on preview purposes only.
• Trevia Shopping does not claim copyright in any product image sourced from affiliate partners.
• Users of our platform must not download, reproduce, or redistribute product images without permission from the respective brand owner.

Photos you upload for Virtual Try-On are not stored on our servers and are not used or published by Trevia Shopping. You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. See our Virtual Try-On Policy for full details.

If you submit product reviews, testimonials, or other written content to our platform, you grant Trevia Shopping a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on our platform.

If you believe that content on Trevia Shopping infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone number).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL or specific location on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
